If you no longer need an answering rule for a user, you can delete the rule. You can delete any answering rule, except the default rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. In the Answering Rules<\/strong> tab, hover over the answering rule and click on the Delete<\/strong> icon on the far right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will get a confirmation prompt once you click the icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click Yes<\/strong> to delete the rule or No<\/strong> to retain it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
