Advanced settings also allow you to pick a few of the most important statistics to be viewed prominently in the email body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>The \u2018PORTAL_CALL_QUEUE_MANAGER_EMAIL\u2019 UI configuration parameter must be enabled to use the report email feature. Contact your Hosted Voice administrator for more information about UI configuration parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To customize and schedule emailed reports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Reports section of the Call Center Supervisor dashboard, click the <strong>drop-down arrow <\/strong>on the Reports button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Email Reports.<\/strong> The Email Reports dialog box displays with the Basic tab selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"510\" height=\"513\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1090\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu.png 510w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu-298x300.png 298w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu-50x50.png 50w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu-60x60.png 60w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/report-menu-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 510px) 100vw, 510px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Email Reports dialog box lets you select the type of report you want to generate, as well as how often you want to generate and email the report. On the Basic tab, you select the type of report and how often you want the report emailed.
