Time Frame<\/strong><\/td>Select a time frame for when this answering rule will be applied. The choices shown are previously configured using the procedure under Adding Time Frames<\/a>. \u00a0\u00a0<\/td><\/tr>
Enabled<\/strong><\/td>Add an answering rule: this check box does not appear.
Edit an answering rule:
\u2022\u00a0 Checked = enables this time frame for this user.
\u2022\u00a0 Unchecked = does not apply this time frame for this user.<\/td><\/tr>
Do Not Disturb<\/strong><\/td>
Enables or disables the Do Not Disturb feature. Choices are:
\u2022\u00a0 Checked = enables Do Not Disturb. Send all calls directly to voicemail (if available), without ringing the phone.
\u2022\u00a0 Not checked = disables Do Not Disturb.<\/td><\/tr>
Call Screening<\/strong><\/td>
Simultaneous Ring, or SIM Ring for short, allows you to configure what devices ring when receiving a call. Clicking the Simultaneous Ring box will allow you to ring more than just your extension and other extensions or phone numbers.

\u2022 Include user\u2019s extension = check to ring the user\u2019s extension when SIM ring is enabled.
\u2022 Ring all users\u2019 phones = check to ring all phones associated with this user simultaneously.
\u2022 Answer confirmation for off-net numbers = lets the user know that the call is from an outside caller and allows them to be connected by pressing 1 or hanging up so they are not connected to the caller.

In this field, you can enter the extension of another telephone you want to ring.

The clock icon allows you to specify a ring delay. A ring delay allows you to enter the time before the call rings at the destination. Click the green plus icon to add other phones to the simultaneous ring.<\/td><\/tr>
Call Forwarding Options<\/strong><\/td>Enables or disables the Call Screening feature. Choices are:
\u2022\u00a0Checked = enables Call Screening. The platform prompts callers to say their names and lets you screen the call before accepting it.
\u2022\u00a0Not checked = disables Call Screening.<\/td><\/tr>
