Configurable User Table Columns features provide the ability to select the information that is displayed on the screen.\u00a0 This enables the user to customize the view on their display. The column options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Department<\/td>Emergency Caller ID<\/td>Dial Permission<\/td><\/tr>

Caller ID<\/td>Dial Plan<\/td>Timezone<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

To configure this feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Click on the Users<\/strong> icon in the portal or the Reports<\/strong> button in the Call Center Module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click on the Table Setting<\/strong> box and select the criteria you want to display on your screen from the dropdown box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
