You can enable your voicemail by clicking the enable Voicemail check box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inbox Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the inbox section, you can change your inbox options. This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Sorting voicemail by the latest first<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Announce voicemail received time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Announce incoming call ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Copy to extension<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Voicemail Transcription options<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Send an email when your mailbox is full<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Send an email after a missed call<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Greetings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Record or change your existing voicemail message straight from your portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Set Up Email Notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can set up your email notifications by clicking the “Receive an email for new voicemail ” box. This will take your voicemail and send it via email. Under the Email Types drop-down menu, you can choose the format you want your email sent in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Email Types include Send with Hyperlink, Send with a brief hyperlink, send with attachment, or send a brief attachment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can also choose how to treat the voicemail after it’s sent to your email under the “After Email Notification” tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
