The Administrator\u2019s Web Portal is a web interface that you will use to manage your organization, account, and other communication. All administrative tasks are performed through the admin portal, a web-based application running on a browser on any device (PC, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone). Once you have logged in to the portal, users with administrator permission can access the administrator portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Logging into the Web Portal<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To access the Administrator\u2019s Web Portal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Launch a web browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. In the browser address bar, type https:\/\/portal.smartcityvoice.com\/portal\/login<\/a> and press enter.\u00a0 You will see this login page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • At the login page, enter the login name using the user\u2019s extension and the company domain, typically the same as your email address domain as per this example \u2013 ext@companydomain.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Enter your password. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click Log In.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Once you log in, users with administrator permissions will see a Manage Organization<\/strong> link in the upper right corner of the page. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
