The Statistics Panel, <\/strong>located on the right side of the Active Calls page, shows the platform’s status and activity, as described in the table below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active Calls<\/td>The number of calls that are currently active.<\/td><\/tr>
Users<\/td>The number of users on the platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Registered Devices<\/td>The number of phones currently operational.<\/td><\/tr>
Total Devices<\/td>Total number of devices configured on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Auto Attendant<\/td>Total number of auto attendants on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Call Queues<\/td>Total number of call queues on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Conferences<\/td>Total number of conferences on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Phone Numbers<\/td>The number of phone numbers assigned on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Calls Today<\/td>The number of calls dialed on your platform.<\/td><\/tr>
Total Minutes<\/td>The total amount of talk time. Includes total minutes for the current day and month, as well as the previous month.<\/td><\/tr>
