Click the <strong>check box<\/strong> next to one or more call queue names to display the corresponding graphs in the ACTIVE CALLS GRAPH section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>When multiple call queues are selected, the graphs display in different colors that match the call queue colors in the CALL QUEUES section.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTE: <\/strong>Click the <strong>Refresh button<\/strong> on the Call Center Supervisor dashboard to retrieve the most up-to-date information in the graph.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Call Graph widget gives you a visual representation of the organization\u2019s calls.
