The Call Forwarding <\/strong>options will route calls based on the options selected. You can select whatever you would like for the destination \u2013 it can be forwarded to another user or telephone number that does not have to be associated with your account or even on the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is a chart to quickly explain the function of each call-forwarding choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Call Forwarding Option<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
Always<\/td>Selecting always will forward the call to the destination entered in the Extension, phone number, or phone box.<\/td><\/tr>
On Active<\/td>Forward calls to the number specified when you have one or more active calls.<\/td><\/tr>
When Busy<\/td>When busy, forwards call only when you are already on the line.<\/td><\/tr>
When Unanswered<\/td>Dictates where to send the call when the Ring for X seconds<\/em> has been reached.<\/td><\/tr>
When Offline<\/td>Routes the call to the desired destination entered into the extension, number, or phone field when the user’s devices are offline.
