To use the Call Center module, you must first log in to the <\/a>Hosted Voice Portal. Open a web browser and in the address bar, type the full domain URL provided by your administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To log in to the Hosted Voice Portal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open a Web browser. (We recommend you use the Google Chrome browser.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In the browser address bar, type the following domain URL and then press Enter<\/strong>. https:\/\/portal.smartcityvoice.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Smart City Login dialog box displays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Type your pre-assigned Login Name<\/strong> in the following format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ext@customerdomainname <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The \u2018ext\u2019 is your user extension and \u2018customerdomainname\u2019 is your email address domain (Example: 1001@smartcity).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    NOTE:<\/strong> Do not include \u2018.com\u2019 in your login name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Type your Password<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Click Log In<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you log in to the Hosted Voice Portal, the Home Page displays. The Home Page gives an at-a-glance view of the various Hosted Voice modules available based on your job role and user scope permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The menu bar at the top of the Home Page has icons for navigating through the portal. When you click a menu icon, the page associated with the icon displays below the menu icons in the dashboard area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Call Center menu icon shows on the Hosted Voice menu bar based on your job role, permission settings, and call queue settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
