{"id":584,"date":"2024-08-14T18:21:22","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T18:21:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.smartcitytelecom.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=584"},"modified":"2024-08-14T18:21:23","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T18:21:23","slug":"auto-attendants","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/article\/auto-attendants\/","title":{"rendered":"Auto Attendants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auto Attendants are automated greetings with options to route calls. \u00a0The most common use case for an Auto Attendant is having the main company phone number pointed to an Auto Attendant.\u00a0 When callers call the business, they can be routed to the party they are trying to reach by listening to the menu prompt options or dialing a user\u2019s extension directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Smart City Hosted Voice platform has an Auto Attendant builder that gives you easy access to change recordings and options anytime.&nbsp; Clicking the <strong>Auto Attendant<\/strong> icon on the top of the Menu Bar will take you to your Auto Attendant Center. &nbsp;All Auto Attendant tasks are performed from this page.
