You can change the date range by clicking the Filters<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After clicking the Filters <\/strong>button, the Call History Filters window will appear. In this window, you can change the Call History date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Filter button will open the Call History Filters window, as shown above, and will allow you to filter for calls from a specific:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Date Range<\/strong> \u2013 Select the From and To dates for the events you want to review. The maximum From-To range is 31 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User <\/strong>\u2013 Enter the name or extension you want to view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Caller Number<\/strong> \u2013 Enter the caller\u2019s number to view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Dialed Number<\/strong> \u2013 Enter the dialed number you want to view.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Call Type<\/strong> \u2013 Enter the type of call you want to view.\u00a0 The choices are Inbound, Outbound, and Missed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Only the calls that meet the Filter criteria are displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
