To add an Auto Attendant, click the Add Auto Attendant<\/strong> button, found on the right side of the page.\u00a0 The Add an Auto Attendant<\/strong> window will appear as seen below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name<\/strong> the Auto Attendant and give it an extension<\/strong>.  This name should allow you to differentiate this Auto Attendant from other Auto Attendants you have created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select a Time Frame<\/strong> for the frame to which this answering rule will be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Add<\/strong> button to create the Auto Attendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: The extension cannot be changed once the Auto Attendant has been created.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you create the Auto Attendant, the following screen will pop up.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complete the fields as defined below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auto Attendant Name<\/strong> \u2013 this is the name you entered on the previous page. Use this field to change the name if desired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extension <\/strong>\u2013 This is a read-only field showing the extension associated with this Auto Attendant you entered on the previous page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intro Greeting <\/strong>\u2013 Click the\u00a0icon to display the Manage Greeting<\/strong> pop-up window and play, upload, record, or delete greetings. \u00a0See the Intro Greetings<\/strong><\/a> section for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menu Prompt <\/strong>\u2013 Click in the text box or click the\u00a0icon to upload or record a menu prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
