The dial-by-name directory can match the field but will, by default, match the last name.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Last Name<\/td><td>Enter the user&#8217;s last name. The dial-by-name directory can match this field.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Extension<\/td><td>Enter the user&#8217;s extension.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Department<\/td><td>Enter the department to which the user belongs.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Email Address(es)<\/td><td>Enter the user&#8217;s address used for email, password resets, etc. To add email addresses, click the green plus icon.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>User&#8217;s Scope<\/td><td>Scopes are the level of permissions assigned to a user, providing them access to various features. Clicking the scopes dropdown will display the scopes that can be assigned to your users. Choices include the following:<br>\u00b7&nbsp;Basic user &#8211; Able to view only this account.<br>\u00b7&nbsp;Office Manager &#8211; Able to view\/modify all users across the domain.<br>\u00b7&nbsp;Site Manager &#8211; Can only view\/modify users at this site.<br>\u00b7&nbsp;Call Center Agent (Only available with Smart Office Max).<br>\u00b7&nbsp;Call Center Supervisor (Only available with Smart Office Max).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Enable Voicemail<\/td><td>Enable or disable voicemail. Choices are:<br>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;Checked = Voicemail is enabled<br>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;Not Check = Voicemail is disabled.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Add Phone Extension<\/td><td>this setting allows you to add a phone extension. Phone extensions allow users to be associated with a phone. A user can have one or more phone extensions. For example, user 111 could have three phones designated as 111a, 111b, and 111c. If you check this box, you can associate a phone with the user. Choices are:<br>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;Checked =  Add phone extension.<br>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;Not Check = Do not add phone extensions.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>New Password<\/td><td>Enter a new numeric login password for the user. For security, each typed password character is masked by a dot (\u00b7)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Confirm New Password<\/td><td>Enter the same numeric login password you entered in the new password field.
