To start a new conversation, click the New Conversation<\/strong> button and a new chat window will appear.\u00a0 Start typing the user\u2019s name or press down to see a list of everyone in the organization you can select from. \u00a0Opening the Contacts <\/strong>in the lower right corner will open up a list of everyone in the organization.\u00a0 Click the chat box next to their name. After clicking one of the options, a chat window will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click in the Send a Message<\/em><\/strong> field and start typing in the chat box that opens. Press Enter<\/strong> to send your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Replying to a Chat Message<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you would like to reply to a message, simply type in the chat window that displays when receiving a message. You can also click the Reply<\/strong> icon to the right of the message center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deleting a Chat Message<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
