Your desk phone will ring.&nbsp; Once you answer it, your call will be made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have a call, you\u2019ll see call status, call direction, Caller ID if available, and call handling options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hold<\/strong> \u2013 Click hold to hold the call.&nbsp; Click again to return the call.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transfer<\/strong> \u2013 When you click Transfer, click a destination user from Contacts.&nbsp; You\u2019ll see options to compete a blind transfer, assisted transfer, or transfer to voicemail.
