{"id":895,"date":"2024-08-15T19:52:31","date_gmt":"2024-08-15T19:52:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.smartcitytelecom.com\/?post_type=ht_kb&#038;p=895"},"modified":"2024-08-15T19:52:32","modified_gmt":"2024-08-15T19:52:32","slug":"working-with-the-call-center-dashboards","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/article\/working-with-the-call-center-dashboards\/","title":{"rendered":"Working with the Call Center Dashboards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on your job role, user scope permissions, and call-queue assignment, you will have access to one or more Call Center dashboards to perform your Call Center work duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following Hosted Voice Call Center dashboards are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you are logged in to the Hosted Voice Portal as a call center agent, you can use the <a href=\"#_Call_Center_Agent\">Call Center Agent<\/a> dashboard to perform your Call Center work duties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are logged in to the Hosted Voice Portal as a supervisor or office manager, Call Center has two dashboards available for you to use; the <a href=\"#_Call_Center_Manager\">Call Center Supervisor<\/a> dashboard and the <a href=\"#_Call_Center_Agent\">Call Center Agent<\/a> dashboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important! Call Center Supervisors can use an agent seat to answer inbound calls within a queue.
