See the \u201cHosted Voice Administrator User Guide\u201d and the \u201cHosted Voice User Guide\u201d for more information about managing call history detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Adding a Disposition Note to a Recent Call<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If needed, you can add a call disposition and note to a call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a disposition note to a call:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the RECENT CALL HISTORY &gt;&gt; section, click the <strong>note icon<\/strong> next to the recent call.
