Select from a list of data sets that are compatible with the chosen card type.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note and iframe card types only take manual text input.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you enabled the custom data sources parameter, the following option will appear at the bottom of the data set list: ANALYTICS_ENABLE_CUSTOM_DATA_SOURCES<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Breakdown<\/strong> for the selected data sets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data sets are online graphs that can be broken out into separate lines. The breakdown options are: aggregate, per queue, and per agent. (Default filters can be applied to new cards. If your first alert triggers when it&#8217;s <strong>above<\/strong> a threshold, the rest of your alerts must also be <strong>above<\/strong> their specified threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>color<\/strong> of your alert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjust the <strong>style<\/strong> and change the visual settings to fine-tune your card.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Style settings change depending on the card type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional style settings can be enabled for some cards using the following parameter:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ANALYTICS_EXTRA_STYLE_CONTROLS parameter. (See &#8220;Enabling additional style controls&#8221; section.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click and drag a card to move and resize your card to the desired position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>Board Settings<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the <strong>Board Settings icon<\/strong> to adjust card layout margins, toggle browser notifications for the board, and set default filters that new cards will inherit for their data sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"420\" height=\"289\" src=\"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings.png 420w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings-300x206.png 300w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings-50x34.png 50w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings-60x41.png 60w, https:\/\/smartcitynetworks.com\/hvsupport\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Board-settings-100x69.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 420px) 100vw, 420px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Card Margin: <\/strong>Adjust the margin space between cards to better fit display resolutions. You can select: auto, 16px, or 24px. The auto option will adjust depending on the view width.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Browser Notifications:<\/strong> Enable or disable browser notifications for a board. This allows you to turn off notifications on a board.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Filters: <\/strong>Set filters that will automatically apply to data sets in all new cards within the board. Updating and saving filters here will also give you the option to update all existing cards with the new filters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>Sharing a Board<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Board sharing options are available in Contact Center Analytics and allow you to share your board with specific individuals or broad groups. Sharing a public link with others allows them to view a specific board without logging in.
