  1. From the Users <\/strong>page, click the Answering Rules<\/strong> tab. A page similar to the following appears:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    2. Use the Ring for<\/strong> drop-down list to select the maximum number of seconds that incoming calls ring for this user before the platform routes the call to the user\u2019s voicemail or the Forward if Unanswered<\/strong> option, if configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. From this page you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Add answering rules for this user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
