Reporting

All of our systems, standard operating procedures, and reporting are the results of over 40 years of best practices being captured and implemented on a daily basis. With Smart City as your partner, we will provide you with monthly revenue reporting for the previous calendar month. These reports can be broken out by event and revenue source to see the services provided at your venue.

Compliance

Smart City’s experience in the management and delivery of services in the convention and meeting industry is unrivaled.  With a daily focus on contract performance, you can rest assured that all the requirements of your partnership agreement will be delivered upon on time and accurately.

Annual Revenue Audits

Annual revenue audits of the services provided and commissions earned are performed each year by Smart City or will be done by an independent auditor if needed for local compliance requirements.  These audits test gross revenue, revenue by events, services delivered, and the amounts payable in comparison to what was reported. In addition, Smart City’s overall financial statements are audited annually by Deloitte & Touche, a Big 4 public accounting firm.
