A major difference between us and our competitors is that we have been providing event services for over 35 years, and all of that information is stored in our proprietary event database that holds all of the show manager and exhibitor purchases in our venues. This database gives us the history of our prior events to ensure we give show managers and exhibitors the services they need for a successful event.  None of our competitors can match this type of detailed client history related to the technology and telecommunication utilization of tradeshow customers, establishing us as the leading event technology provider in North America.

At Smart City, our on-site and regional leadership teams proactively work with the local CVB’s and Tourism Authority’s to help promote the center and sell prospective clients on the services we provide along with the merits the city and convention center provides. We do this through printed collateral, websites, email campaigns, PR, and social media promoting the venue, along with presentations to the local CVB’s and Tourism Authority teams to update them regularly on our product offerings and how our service and support establish Smart City as the leader in our space.
