Does Smart City provide services in the venue where my event is being held?

If Smart City is the service provider at the venue where your event is scheduled, and you would like to place an order for technology services, click here and you will be redirected to our online ordering site.  

Does Smart City offer incentive rates?

Yes, Smart City offers incentive rates if an exhibitor purchases services prior to a specific date. To find your event’s incentive deadline date you can do one of the following: 

Does Smart City offer products and services at the venue I will be attending?

Product offerings differ from venue to venue, so you will want to do some research ahead of time by visiting our Venues We Operate In page. Select the venue your event is scheduled to take place at to determine which services are available. To place an order or view an order form visit orders.smartcitynetworks.com 

Does Smart City provide complimentary Wi-Fi?

YES! Smart City provides complimentary Wi-Fi for attendees in all of our venues. It is broadcasted in all public spaces such as lobbies, food courts, restaurants, and in all meeting rooms.

I am a show manager, can Smart City help me with a quote for technology services?

YES! As services vary from venue to venue, you will need to work with your dedicated onsite Smart City team to build the ideal network for your unique event’s needs. For specific venue contact information please visit our Venues We Operate In page. 

I am in need of connectivity outside of the venue to a hotel for an offsite activation; can Smart City provide services for me?

Services do vary from venue to venue so you will need to work directly with the dedicated onsite Smart City team at the venue your event is being held at to determine what options are available.
