Let Smart City Networks’ Advanced Exhibitor Solutions (AES) program help simplify Exhibitor services.
Smart Outreach (3 Months Out)
Our AES team sends an initial email to each Exhibitor that includes a link to Smart City’s online ordering site. Using our proprietary database, the team tailors outreach based on past exhibitor purchases to suggest relevant services.
Timely Reminders (2 Months Out)
A follow-up email is sent to Exhibitors who have not yet placed an order to ensure they do so prior to the incentive deadline date. This helps prevent last-minute requests and ensures smoother service installation onsite.
Final Check-In (3 Weeks Out)
The AES team reviews the Exhibitor list and sends a final email and places phone calls to any Exhibitor that has not placed an order, answering any questions related to our services and offering incentive pricing before the deadline.
What to expect from AES
Direct Point of Contact
During the months leading up to an event, our AES team will begin reaching out to exhibitors to assist with the ordering process, relaying important information, including incentive deadlines.
Confidentiality
Smart City never shares client information with any third party, and when a request is made by an Exhibitor to opt-out of communication, they are immediately removed from all additional pre-event communication.
PCI Compliant
Our online Exhibitor ordering portal is fully compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), the security standards that protect cardholder data during payment transactions.
Online Ordering
Through the proactive efforts of our AES program, Smart City Networks receives 85% of all Exhibitor orders through our online ordering site.
Incentive Pricing
The goal for our AES program is to ensure all orders are placed during the incentive period, allowing Exhibitors the opportunity to take advantage of lower pricing.
Exhibitor Ordering Guides
Exhibitor Ordering Guides are available for each of our convention centers and can be shared electronically on your event site or included in the online Exhibitor Services Kit.

Exhibitor Wi-Fi
Exhibitor Wi-Fi is available to purchase onsite through Smart City Networks Captive Portal in all of our partner venues.
Service Desk
A service desk is staffed with a Smart City team member during move-in and show hours for Exhibitors that need assistance ordering services, requesting a service change or are experiencing a service issue.
Connectivity
Smart City keeps Exhibitors connected by offering both shared and dedicated bandwidth services. Tiered service options ensure each customer has the correct amount of speed.
Online Ordering
Online Ordering is available for all of our convention centers, with each venue having its own dedicated page that is organized by event for simple and easy Exhibitor access.
Onsite Technicians
All of our partner venues have a dedicated Smart City Networks team onsite that includes technicians, available during move-in and show hours to respond to service-related calls.
