Enabling Inbound Calls

    If the current answering rule is configured to ring only the desk phone for your extensions; a message will display, asking if you want to enable the softphone application to receive inbound calls.

    If you have a custom answering rule that has a timeframe other than Default and is configured to ring only the desk phone for your extensions; the following message will display, letting you know that the phone may not be configured to receive all incoming calls.

    NOTE: If this happens, contact your Hosted Voice administrator.
