Yes. The exclusive service provider for all technology services at the Orange County Convention Center is Smart City Networks.

How can an Exhibitor order internet service for their booth?

Exhibitors can place orders through Smart City Networks’ online Exhibitor Ordering Portal.

Does Smart City Networks have technical support available during events?

Yes. Smart City Networks supports events with a full technical support team that includes onsite staff and remote resources working together. During move-in and show hours, the network is actively monitored, and any service issues are promptly addressed.

Is guest Wi-Fi available for Attendees?

Yes. Smart City Networks offers Complimentary Wi-Fi for attendees who need light internet speeds for checking their email and browsing the web. Complimentary Wi-Fi should not be used for mission critical tasks.  

Depending on the event, Sponsored Wi-Fi may also be available throughout the facility, including on the show floor, and Smart City Networks also offers self-service Wi-Fi that can be purchased onsite at all our partner venues.

Do Exhibitors need to submit a floorplan?

Yes. Floorplans are required for all Exhibitor orders. All floorplans should include the surrounding booth numbers for orientation, measurements and easy identification of all required end location(s). Be sure to distinguish your main distribution line (MDL) and any additional patch cables. Please reference Smart City’s Communications Floorplan Worksheet
